Halloween Costumes
« on: October 10, 2006, 11:36:29 AM »

Anybody dressing up this year for Halloween parties or to take the kids trick-or-treating?  If so, what are you going as?

No kids for me, but I'm thinking about going as Al Davis (raiders jumpsuit, granny glasses, speaking in hyperbole).  Or possibly as a big yellow bird (Woodstock) and carrying my beagle around as a prop.

What are some of your favorite Halloween costumes from years gone by or that you've seen on other people?  I have one friend that always goes all out and went as Beaker one year and as Wheeljack, the transformer, another time.

I had a killer terminator get up.  Still have most of it.

Make up kit that has the red eye, and shiny metal parts that look like the skinis off.  Cool!  Lot of work.  I did that for about 4 years.

I don't know what I'll do this year.

Did House of 1,000 Corpses stylie Cpt. Spaulding last year. Thinking about TDR stylie Cpt. Spaulding for this year. I'd like to do Otis, but I'm not pale or skinny enough to pull it off.

Well, as I have already recited my sentiments towards Frangelico, I will make myself a monk habit and take it from there. As for Syr Burzoom, well.. I can always dress him up as Captain Morgan Cheesy

I'm trying to imagine how I'd dress up like bourbon. I guess I'd have to pick a label, but Knob Creek would be a tough one. Maybe Wild Turkey or Old Forester.  Don't Know Drinking

Dress up like one of those Jack Daniels barrels and have people toss taps at you.

JD isn't bourbon, it's Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey.  Wink
