Playing The Wall right now and did some sort of weird soundboard chit over In The Flesh.  Can't have people hearing those lyrics now can we.

Listened to The Wall cover to cover on my last trip to Idaho (a couple of weeks ago for my SIL's wedding). Forgot what a damn near perfect album it is.

I feel ya:

Watched an X reunion show on DirectTV a year or so ago.

Here's the actual performance:

(Do I need to remind you not to listen to vintage punk rock at work?)

Of course, everything surrounding the lyrics 'Homo****uals, Ignorant Jews, and 'Mexicans' was blanked out.

Why the *fudge* leave the song in, for god's sake?

They didn't miss from DSOTM through The Final Cut as far as production excellence goes.  Even if you're not a great fan of the albums those records were absolutely rock solid from soup to nuts.  Ten years.  Five albums.  One of the very best runs in recording history.
