I used to love following the Tour de France, but, now, not so much.  Still pretty compelling even with all the drug scandals.  Anyone interested this year?

Yep.

Susan and I watch the coverage every year. For me it's an oddly compelling event. I like the strategies/etc. I can't exactly put my finger on it but it does pull me in.

The weird thing is that I used to watch Tour de France coverage even though it was tape delayed and I already know the results.  There aren't a lot of sports where I'll do that.

I take your point. A NASCAR race takes 3 hours plus or minus. This thing takes a *goshdarn* month, and not a hydrocarbon is generated unless somebody farts in the pack after having The Breakfast Of Death from the other thread.
