Kinda.  From a front office perspective he's the golden child.  Shirts, shirts and more shirts.  He's a pop star married to a pop star.  They're a license to print money.

Having said that he's treated MLS like *feces* and deserves every bit of what the Galaxy fans are giving him.  He knew it was a 2nd 3rd rate league when he cashed the first paycheck.  If he wants to go sit on Milan's/Manc's bench that bad they should just send him packing.  Despite the fact that he's still a god at set pieces he won't sniff a starting position at any top club in Europe these days.

Overrated, deserves most of the schtick he's getting (but tell me Landon, that you would not have run off to Milan if you had the same chance), poor reaction from a guy who's income is based upon PR.

However, he was the wrong guy to bring here in the first place.  He's a complementary player in a country who's soccer/football knowledge in general sucks and cannot recognize his contributions.  He can make a good team better, he cannot make a poor team better - not that kind of player.  Wrong league, wrong guy - F'em.
