Nope. Bill Russell plays muni golf, which is pretty cool since he could be a member at just about any of the swanky private clubs in the area for the asking.

Instead, he waits his turn in line just like all the regular joes.

He plays a regular 4some or 5some at Maplewood every Tuesday. Maplewood isn't exactly Bethpage, if you get my drift.

As far as the Sounders: The USL Sounders were very, very successful. The stealing of the Sonics didn't hurt either.
You mean the selling out of the sonic's to the highest bidder then bitching about them going elsewhere?   Grin

Sonics ownership and the NBA *fudge*ed over Seattle.
