winning the SB, and outscoring opponents cumulatively better than 700-200 ....
the now 2 time defending Steelers needed an overhaul   with only 3 draft picks going into the next year, the options revolved trades and FA.

I have a team rating of 91, with 4 players over 95, and 12 over 89
 

I will work on progressing Spaeth , Sweed, Wallace, and Hood.      I have No's 1st and 3rd, and my own 4th-7th rounders next year .   LB depth, OL, and probably a developmental safety  will be my needs .

I enjoy the GM/etc roles as much as playing the "games".

If getting deals worked is as hard IRL as it is in the game, you'd pull your hair out.

Then again, the actual deals in this game seem ridiculous in the sense of some of the stars traded.

I mean seriously, I improved *significantly* at RB, CB, 3 OL positions, FS, and FB.
I only lost skill at NT, and only lost essentially 1 year of draft picks, and 1 pick in the 2011 draft.    If the Steelers could swing those deals in reality, they'd be crazy not to.



The biggest flaw in the game is that for all the AI improvements it has made, it's still too easy to pass against defenses by audibling to multiple crossing/slant routes that pick defenders or that momentarily confuse the defenders into leaving a guy open....   I'd really like design a new playbook.
