Looking for a winter hobby......
« on: September 13, 2009, 11:19:31 AM »

and I'm thinking about 'moonshining'.  Certainly not on a grand scale, or for profit.  Has anyone here built a still?  I've looked at some plans online and I think it is doable in the garage.  SWMBO might have a coniption fit, but I'm not particularly worried about that right now.

Pro's and con's from homebrewers and such please.

I don't play golf anymore.   Well, maybe I do sort of.  I quit keeping score, started drinkning beer and I started playing better.

women are like tornados. In the beginning there's a lot of sucking and blowing. In the end, the car's gone, the house is gone..

If the still doesn't work out for ya, you could convert it into a meth lab.
