Truck driver chokes on chili and crashes into home

Lowell police said Eric Gremm reported that he choked on the chili when the truck hit a bump, causing him to pass out as the flatbed truck veered off the road and slammed into the home. The man, 59, said emergency workers at the scene told him that he had passed out, but he could not remember losing consciousness.

It's been a while since I've eaten chili from Wendy's but I have fond memories of it.   I used to go to many Pittsburgh Spirit (MISL) games as a kid, and they had a promotion that if they scored X number of goals everyone would get a free chili. (I can't remember what X was, but it was "the chili goal".

I can't say I have ever had it.  I know they are famous for it.  Chili just never struck me as something to order as fast food.

I love their Chili Sauce. I put that on my burger and mix it in with the ketchup for the fries.
