Move along, nothing to see here. 

I'm just creating a few rules, TOP if you will, so that we can avoid the sorts of issues that typically require my moderation authority.

I'll be putting the rules in the list as they come to me.  In the meantime, DO NOT suggest any rules.  There will be no comment or discussion of these rules.



As a golf hos member, you agree to the following rules, hereby known as the official website TOQ.

3.  All decisions are final and there is no appeal process.

8.  Rule #8 is precedent to Rule #6 and antecedent to Rule #10 unless Rule#4 is violated, in which case Rule #2 will apply, if necessary.

I'm not too sure about rule number 3...  No appeal is pretty harsh.
