were we watching the same play?

he took off from his blue line, charged him, leapt up to deliver a forearm shiver to drive his opponent's head into the glass....   

as for the "dive", I thought it looked like he lost consciousness for about 1/2 second, tried to catch himself while disoriented, and couldn't.  I mean he didn't play again in the game....




(I'm not a hawks fan btw   Wink   although I would like to see a matchup of them play the pens in the finals)

I saw 2 of these types of hits from a distance of about 12 or 15 feet (first or second row behind the goal) this year. Neither victim got up and checked to make sure the ref saw him fall down.

It's a bad hit, but it's a pretty obvious sell job. Add in that Seabrook was FACING Wojohowiztwhatever.

The first hit was worse, IMHO.
