Bought two seperate positions of equivalent dollar amounts.
Per share price:
APPL: $268.30
MSFT: $24.53
Which position will be worth more at the end of the calendar year?
Bought AAPL $10 below its 52-week high.
Bought MSFT at a 9-month low and $2.50 above its 52-week high low.
Edit: f'd that up. Didn't make sense before.

Hmm, tough call. I like both of them, and tech in general these days.
I vote AAPL, though, just because I've been meaning to sell half my position there for a while, but still haven't pulled the trigger and it's worked out for me. laziness ftw.
