Swing Glove

I think I tried one.  I didn't know what it was, but I was looking for a glove to wear while demoing a club.  This big glove thing was lying there, so I put it on.  Sounds like it might be what you're talking about.

Only after putting it on did I feel the wrist support.  It was a very subtle thing.  But it felt perfectly natural to take a grip, etc, so I figured the device wouldn't get in the way of testing out a few clubs.

Bottom line, I couldn't hit a frigging ball for the life of me while wearing that thing.

I have no idea what it was preventing me from doing.  EVERYTHING felt perfectly normal, but I was just toe-topping every ball I tried to hit, weak little squibbles to the right.

For the first three or so swings, I thought it was me being me, so I'm looking behind me after each miss with that embarrassed looking smile, hoping nobody saw me or thought I was THAT bad of a golfer. 

But once I took it off, I find myself hitting the ball quite well.

So I think the Swing Glove is a great device for someone who is hitting the ball pretty decently, but is looking to perfect their shank-like shot.
