lol. I can't believe I picked the Broncos to win. So much for the "coach fired" bounceback motivation. I also thought the Bears game would be closer (and low scoring). Crazy games today, Hasselbeck with 5 turnovers already.

I picked the Broncos for the same reason, but gave the game low confidence points (4) because this team has bitten me in the ass way too many times this year.

Collapsed like the Viqueens' hopes after week 11. All I have to say is that they better not reschedule the December 20th Monday night game against the Bears ... and it better be at the [Mall of America Field at the] HHH Metrodome! Skol Vikings! Keep warm tonight!

Keep warm tonight! Thanks... but we actually gave the tickets away! So we will be nice and warm while we watch the game tonight. I wanted to go, and it would have been fun, but I didn't want the game to take up the whole day in the first place. When the switched to the TCF and on a first come, first serve basis, it was becoming a big to-do. Start getting ready about 2 o'clock to be there by 4, game starts at 7, home about midnight would all be great fun if it wasn't my birthday or the pipsqueak siblings were older. (They were quite sad when they thought I wouldn't be home all day on my birthday.) Oh, well. Skol Vikings!

Ouch, I didn't realize it was first come, first served, but that's likely the best/simplest solution. Yeah, it was rather disappointing to hear. The gates opened to lower level tickets, which we had, between around 4:30 I think, and then again at 5:30 or something like that. (I didn't really pay attention once I heard the decision.) But you could sit anywhere you so choose. Assigning based on sections could have been done probably, but it would be much more complicated. Actually, it was fun to give the tickets away. After the evening service last night, my dad and I went up to a friend who's home from college and asked him what he was doing "tomorrow". He said probably just catching up on some sleep, and asked why, of course. He was astounded when we offered him the tickets, and absolutely thrilled. My dad suggested he ask his dad even though he (the son) didn't think his dad would go. So he went into his dad's office (his dad is the senior pastor), and came out absolutely shocked, in a good way. It sounds like he fanned out the tickets, and his dad said, "I'm going." I hope they have a good time, and I'm so glad they can go.
