Broke the franchise record of 14 Sunday! I've already told my boss that if they get thru Tuesday without winning, I'm taking Wednesday off to see if they can tie the Phillies 23 game streak. The 1899 Cleveland Spiders had a 24 gamer, but there were some shenanigans involving the roster that resulted in  those games being played with substitute players ( I'm not even looking at Wikipedia. I know useless *feces* like this  Grin).

It's unlikely that the M's would get swept by Oakland at home, but it COULD  happen.

The bummer is that either record would be broken on the road at Anaheim. Could be worth it to so see!

Our long regional nightmare is over! Honestly, I'm a little annoyed: A league or mlb record would have been worth seeing happen live. There's still PLENTY of fail left in this club, though.
