Anyone remember this thing? I had forgotten about it. Until a check arrived today for $50.53. Looks like my next tank of gas is courtesy of Big Diamond.  Cheers

Wow, that's big!  I always thought class action suits resulted in small amounts (<$5), so don't bother.  Nice!

Yeah, I've been part of class action suits before and pretty much without fail I get the letter that says "per [xyz] federal law, if your settlement is determined to be less than $10, we don't have to give you a check." Or something like that. Anyway, $50 isn't going to pay the mortgage or anything, but 50 bucks is 50 bucks.

bank told me they quit processing them because they are all bouncing.
