10 is a good number. It looks like Michael and Scott have joined but Daniel hasn't yet because he has been out of town. I'll see if one of them doesn't mind sitting out. I know Scott is in a few other leagues. He might drop out so Daniel can join instead. I'll let you know.

Great!  OK, so based on last year's standings with new folks at the end, here's the draft order.  As always, let me know if I made a mistake.

2013 Draft Order
1.       Cream Dream ...
2.       Darla
3.       uumlaut stro...
4.       Failin Palins
5.       Leaders O'Cola
6.       Penis Party
7.       The Real Str...
8.       Dystopian So...
9.       Michael's Team
10.       Mean Machine

I'm excited about this season, both fantasy and football in general.  It looks like there's going to be a lot of surprise teams and players.

Not sure if you're serious or not, but the draft was 2 days ago.  Grin

Yahoo graded your draft a B.

Draft Grade: B
Think you’re better than this? Nominate yourself for the Toyota Hall of Fame and prove it.

uumlaut strohson parlayed a solid draft slot (third overall) into a respectable performance. With a mark of 10-5-0 (1,530 points), they're projected to finish third in GolfHos League. With their first five picks, uumlaut strohson focused on balance, selecting QB Cam Newton (38th overall), RBs Doug Martin (3rd) and Maurice Jones-Drew (18th), and WRs Demaryius Thomas (23rd) and Danny Amendola (43rd). They have one of the best tandems of RBs in the league, as they added Martin and Jones-Drew.

The Season Ahead
Week 9 figures to test the depth of uumlaut strohson, as it is the week when the most players (6) and most projected fantasy points are on bye. From a projected points standpoint, they have a more-challenging-than-average slate. Along with the fifth-most grueling overall schedule, both the first four games and last four games of the season are about league-average difficulty for uumlaut strohson. Starting in Week 9, uumlaut strohson will have to navigate a tricky part of the schedule, squaring off against projected top-tier teams in the league three times in a five-game span.

Draft Notes
Strongest Position: With three better-than-average positions on uumlaut strohson, K (10.3% above the league average) and WR (8.6%) are projected as especially strong units.
Team of Champions: uumlaut strohson has a lineup sprinkled with proven fantasy winners. Across all Yahoo! leagues last season, three of their players finished among the top 20 in percentage of times on a championship roster. They include Doug Martin, Demaryius Thomas, and Matt Bryant.
On Autopilot: Picking starting RBs should be an academic exercise most weeks for uumlaut strohson, as there's a healthy projected points difference between their third-ranked (Mark Ingram) and fourth-ranked (Giovani Bernard) RBs.
On the Rise: uumlaut strohson hopes to break through this season, led by five players who are projected to significantly exceed their fantasy points from last season.
It's How You Finish: uumlaut strohson had a strong finish, accumulating the most projected points in the league over the second half of the draft.
Digging Deep: Knowshon Moreno is owned in less than 10% of all Yahoo! leagues (7%). Perhaps he will reward uumlaut strohson for their faith.

I was just looking at the playoff settings.  It's currently set to:

Week 16 and 17 (4 teams) Note: Week 17 runs 6 days from Dec 24 to Dec 29

Anyone prefer 4 or 6 teams?  I don't have a preference.

OK, it looks like the vote is for 6 teams.  I just changed the playoffs from 4 to 6 teams which means the playoffs start after this week.

Hopefully changing things this late didn't break anything.
