Golfsmith P2 Irons
« on: January 12, 2007, 06:36:10 PM »

I just ordered a 7-iron head of one of these beauties in a moment of weakness.  It should be fun to put up against the Kenneth Smith milled cavity backs.

I'm glad to see the improvement in the looks of Golfsmith's heads this year.  My clubmaking interest waned last year, and part of that had to do with the lack of interest in many of the offerings last year.

With in-store pickup plus the TPOGC code for 7.5% off which effectively knocked off the tax, it came in at just $10. Grin

Shafted?

It won't arrive until the 17th, but I'll probably start with a DGSL.  I have a lot of iron shafts trimmed to 7I length from previous experiments, though, so I'll definitely be doing some tinkering.

Thanks for the pic;  I had not even looked at the catalog until seeing it.  A couple of the new products look pretty schweet.
