Jack's ciabatta line or Carl's $6 line?  or other?

Just had a bruschetta chicken ciabatta and it hit the spot perfectly.

My mouth always started watering two weeks before my annual trips to Vegas and Scottsdale, just thinking about in-n-out double/doubles.

I went twice during my Christmas to Scottsdale this year.  Man, was I disappointed.  Not what they used to be, IMO.

I haven't been into In-n-Out burgers as much as I used to be either, anymore.  Maybe it's because there are several of them around me now and it's less of a novelty, but their burgers don't seem as good to me as they once were.

(that didn't stop me from trying my first 4x4 a couple of months ago, though. Grin)

What's a 4x4? Is that like 4 patties x 4 cheese slices or something ridiculous like that?

BTW, I found In-N-Out to be very disappointing. Greeks make better burgers.

Yep, you've got it, 4 patties and 4 cheese slices. That's the only thing I've tried off their "secret menu", although I've been tempted by Animal Style or Protein Style.

I only order from the dollar menu.

I won't spend 5-6 bucks for a sandwich.
