What "major brand Golf manufacturers" are in Carlsbad besides Callaway and TaylorMade?

I wonder if it's related to the acquisition of Top Flite, Hogan, etc. by Callaway.

Like 1puttit said, Spalding/TopFilte/Hogan was absorbed.  Not sure, but I thought Hogan was still based in Fort Worth.  Don't know where TopFlite clubs were made.

Macgregor is in Albany, Georgia, I think.
