5* F sunny and no wind.

Around here a 30 mph winter wind can be brutal.

5*F and sunny.  Even though 30*F + 30mph wind feels like "only" 15*F.

The wind makes my eyes water and seems to help the cold find every flaw in my cold-weather gear.  I can do without that, thanks.

If there's no wind, I like subzero. Cheesy

However, the 30º degree days that feel like 60º aren't bad either.
