Great question!!  I haven't thought too much about it in specific terms, but, as in all matters, I'd go back to core principles and work from there:

Location! Location! Location!
One with a full but discreet overlook view of Catherine Zeta Jone's backyard pool/sauna area


Home as Castle
A panic room to where my women can retire when threats of bodily harm etc and so forth approach if I'm away on chautauqua.



Home as Refuge
I want a back garden where I can go to get lost, literally, after a long day in the penthouse floors at One Blader Plaza. 



Curb Appeal!!!
I am not wedded to any particular architectural style, but will defend to my dying breath that the the liberation of self-expression is the root of beauty, no matter how ugly it might seem.


Small Environmental Footprint
Committed to leaving this world as I found it, I'm increasingly attracted to minimal impact housing principles, from energy efficiency and self-sufficiency to xeriscaping.



Better Living Through Technology
Comfort, ultimately, is a technology derivative and there is no better way to monitor essential home functions than through a professionally staffed control room.
