So, it's  1/26 (almost...)   and so far this season we've probably had  6-8" of snow ,but never enough at once to accumulate.  tonight is the 1st...  probably 1" so far, and forecasts for 1-2" more overnight

the funny thing, this is the 1st year at our newer apartment here,  and I hadn't expected to see something out the window.  almost nobody is parked on the streetside meters.  usually you have people fighting for em  for the evening around 7pm.

guess everyone paid for garage parking overnight and doesnt want some crazy late night driver plowing into their car on the slick roads

I remember scraping ice off the windshield. If I could I would pay for covered parking. I also remember clearing out the driveway then have the snow plow pile 2 feet of snow at the end of your driveway while you are eating breakfast.

Thank Jebus for attached garages and snowblowers, though I think Stroh and I might need to work out some sort of snowblower exchange program this winter.

Gives my hacking abilities a rest, too.  I have a chance to recoup that which I wrecked and play better than ever. Grin

Enjoy.  Golf is enjoyable enough.  Golf for a good cause is outstanding.

I had a great day, I played with two people that I hadn't met before, and one guy who is a friend of both myself and Russell's.
It was stinking hot, and we walked, but my putting was outstanding, I was sinking 20 ft birdie puts, left right and centre!!! Grin It might never happen again, so I have to remember it fondly!!! Grin Grin Grin

In about 6 or 7 months you will be saying how cold it is while we are all complaining about our games.
