It's a fine line.

However, less people would have a problem with action against parents who (chose to) undernourish the kids.

Bottom line is a kid with health at risk.

Amma lub me some 99s.

An ice cream van would come outside the school gates of high school and they would do a special.  A cone with a zoom style lolly shoved in instead of the flake.

Yummmmmmmmm.

From time to time I hit the British shop in SLC and stock up on the essentials.

* Maynards wine gums
* Flakes
* Chrunchies
* Lyle's Golden Syrup
* Bisto
* Coleman's Chicken Chasseur packets
* Rashers, sausages and white pudding (Irish, of course)  Wink

Damn... I'm hungry.

Hehe, I know all about the care packages.

Luckily my Mum and Dad visit at least once a year and we go over there at least once a year too.

We also have other English friends here that have a similar deal.

Sometimes an entire big suitcase is designated for Galaxy, Bisto, Pot Noodles  (Grin), Paxo, Oxo, tea bags, Pataks Lime Pickle (yummmmm), Colmans stuff, Yorkshire Pudding mix, Mint sauce, HP sauce, Sweetex etc.

We had a local English food shop until last year which was full of brit imports.  I bitched all the time about how much the prices were marked up 2-300% or so.

It closed down when the owners moved away.

I miss it now.
