Next and last topic navigation buttons

When you're at the newest thread of a sub forum and click on "previous", you don't get the message of "there's no newest thread" but instead you circle back to the oldest thread of the subforum.

I've been looking at the code and it looks like that was intentional, but I think it makes more sense not to wrap around.  I'll try some tweaks tonight.
