LOL @ all you you ALL got it wrong the 1st commercial after kickoff will without fail be CBS related (2-3 second)!!! "you're watching the NFL on CBS" the question should be "not including station identification" Station ID is, by definition, not a commercial. Or as we call it "station promo" NOT a commercial, a commercial in my world (TV's not much different) is either 30 seconds or 60 seconds, it cannot be 61 'noither can it be 59 excpeting that thou then proceeds to 60...62 IS RIGHT OUT!

"you're watching the NFL on CBS" the question should be "not including station identification" Station ID is, by definition, not a commercial. yes it is ! it is a use of air time for self-advertisement >25 seconds. Chin can we get a ruling, and let Askeclown change his answer, before kickoff. Let's say that a commercial is a television spot for which some third-party had to pay the obscene $2.5M+ fees for a 30-second block of time (i.e. it's a paid advertisement).

1. What company/product will be represented in the first commercial following the kickoff? I'm going with the Kevin Federline commercial - Burger King I believe.
2. Who wins the coin toss? Chicago
3. Will it be heads or tails? Tails
4. What's the first penalty to be called? Holding
5. Which TEAM commits the first turnover? Indy
6. Which TEAM scores the first TD? Indy
7. Which PLAYER scores the first points? Robbie Gould
8. Which team will have greater time of possession? Chicago
9. The over/under for Grossman's INTs is set at 2. Over/under/equal? Under
10. The over/under for Devin Hester's fumbles (not necessarily lost fumbles) is set at 2. Over/under/equal? Under

Well, I was in a car driving to my destination when the game started, and I ended up missing the first several minutes of the game. I had to listen to the coin toss, the opening kickoff, and Manning's INT on the radio. Therefore, I was not able to catch the first commercial following the kickoff. Can anybody confirm what it was? 1. What company/product will be represented in the first commercial following the kickoff? 2. Who wins the coin toss? Bears3. Will it be heads or tails? heads4. 4. What's the first penalty to be called? Prior to the snap. False start. On the offense. Number 78. 5 Yard penalty. Replay second down.
Holy crap! You almost nailed that one exactly. The only difference is that it occurred on first down.
