Old enough to remember 'em, young enough to think they were lame. [Did own a pair of Galactic Wash Levis though. ]

Yes. What can I say? It was the 80's and I lived in New Jersey. At least I never owned any Z.Cavaricci's or Zubaz pants.

http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin...07/02/16/BAG3RO6AGV12.DTL (02-16) 12:50 PST SAN FRANCISCO -- A convicted bank robber went on a crime spree just a week after being released from federal custody and was caught in part because he never changed out of the 1980s-style clothes - including a Members Only jacket -- he was wearing when he was released from prison, San Francisco police said today.

Like spaceage I remember them but was too young to wear one.
Instead I rocked jam's, chuck taylors and french-cuffed jeans.

Nope, never had one, they were mostly worn by the Pinoy's and lame white guys who couldn't break dance.
I did wear some scary *feces* though; Levis and Bugle Boys with penny loafers (with a penny) in the winter, and butt hugging OP shorts, Izods, Vuarnet's and boat shoes in the summer.

I had two! They looked bitchin with my shag haircut, aviator mirror shades, and a little gold spoon on a gold necklace.

I had a couple. One black, one red. Only when they were in style, though.
If wasn't a pastel blue, it wasn't in style...
