I was looking at stuff over on the Hireko forums at http://12.106.66.20/jforum/recentTopics/list.page

They have the usernames the same as a person's email address!  wtf?  It's 2007, I'm wondering how out of touch with the Web the person running that forum is that this seemed like a good idea. Sad

Their Member List (link) is basically a page for spammers to harvest people's emails. Disgusted

I originally thought that as well, but it appears you CAN pick a screen name somewhere in the process.  It just asks for an email address up front.
