Added another cert to the resume

The AP decided all tech's needed to get IT certifications.  Mind you, when I started almost 8 years ago it was for my electronics/satellite experience with some basic pc/mac knowledge sprinkled in.  The job for me is changing, moving more toward being an IT person.  We needed the CompTIA A+ before November 1, 2006 or we would be shown the door.  Obtained that one on October 20.  Also need to have the Network+ by April 30, 2007.  Took the exam yesterday and passed that one too.  Rumor has it that as part of our next contract, we will need to get Server+, so I will start working to that end.  I also plan on getting Security+, Linux+, and some Micro$haft certifications as well.  My signature will reflect those changes.

Congrats.  gosh I hope your company is not doing the paper chase game to weed out those who don't take/pass the test. 

the bad thing about getting certs, is you'll have to continue to get certs.
