Somehow, I thought we were talking about a Prius, in which case I would say that the new Goodyear TripleTred really is 'ALL that', but since it's a Ford, just about any ole' rag'll do you...

That said, if you MUST go to Costco, Michelin Cross Terrain SUV's would be my top dog recommendation.
