We had to cancel a long awaited road trip to Central California due to really crappy weather in the Sikiyou's over the weekend, so I did what any Manly Man would do to drown out the resulting disappointment: I bought a new pair of shoes...  (I did NOT, however, pop a copy of 'To Sir With Love' in the DVD player  ) |

I'm not one of those libs that wears socks with my Birkie's in the dead of winter (a common sight here in Seattle, for reasons that completely mystify me) so no waffle soles.
They're actually a Bite running sandal. My other pair of Bites gave up the ghost after being used as occasional golf shoes for 2 seasons, then having the spikes removed and worn as regular sandals almost daily (weather permitting) for another 2 years...
