Rumor has it he's building a house about 1.5 miles out my back window.  It's a new development that sits precisely on the old Lake Bonneville beach and (probably not) coincidently directly on top of the Wasatch Fault.  The road up there is a series of switchbacks and there's probably a 35 degree grade right below the dozen or so homes.

If he's home when the big one comes I reckon his luck will finally run out.
