No, he's not a hypocrite, because he didn't lie to a judge about it.

Lying to a judge or the FBI is very, very bad.

Unless you work for The VEEP, in which case it's 'National Security'....

I saw that article on Drugde this a.m.  Yes, his actions were the height of hypocracy.  I bet he actually got some extra devilish thrill making it with the mistress at night after a full day of lecturing on the lack of Clinton ethics.  But all that said, he would still get my vote.  Really.  He is compelling and makes great arguments against the growth of the Federal Government.

Newt may be a personal scumbag, but he probably has one of the most astute political minds in the country. That being said, would he be a good president? Probably. Would people vote for him knowing his personal past? Probably not.
