A blunt is basically a great big joint rolled up in a cigar wrapper/leaf. Seems like an enormous waste of a fine cuban to me, but to each his own.

Honestly, I wouldn't ship it if I were you, both because of the whole Cuban embargo garbage, and the whole shipping tobacco across state lines thing. Too problematic if for whatever reason you're caught. Certainly you know someone who likes a fine cigar though...

Take off the cigar band, nobody will know the difference.
