Instead of best 6/5 we could go 4/3 but the same scenario could happen.
Or.....................
Any player who withdraws after beginning play, is disqualified, or misses the cut will receive the highest score of the day for each day he does not compete
Therefore, players who miss the cut will still have a "score" on the weekend, but it could be a +10.
The rule in bold looks pretty good to me. Someone usually puts up a big number, but the person is theoretically still in it. |
