Yikes!  Father and son plead not guilty to assault over lost golf ball http://www.mercurynews.com/news/ci_5609897VISTA, Calif.- A religious leader and his son pleaded not guilty to felony battery charges after they allegedly beat a golfer unconscious in a brawl over a lost golf ball.
Bishop Michael Babin, 51, the leader of Genesis Ministries International in Oceanside, and his son, a student at San Diego State University, allegedly beat the golfer on the sixth hole of the Oceanside Municipal Golf Course in February after accusing the man of stealing a golf ball.

As a man of the cloth, I would hope people would recognize this man's actions as being conduct unbecoming to clergy. Sheesh, as if we religious leaders didn't have enough negative publicity to battle against.
