An unopened bottle of some sort of pineapple wine my inlaws brought us from their trip to Maui several years ago. I don't understand why we haven't tossed it out yet. As a matter of fact I don't know why they even brought it to us. They know we don't drink wine.

I've had it. It's awful. Disgusted I'd recommend introducing it to the trash bin without paying it a second thought.

Oddly enough, Laura and I were already planning on going to the wine store to restock after the Masters coverage ends. Always looking for suggestions... (generally won't spend more than $15 for a bottle unless it's a special occasion)

rosemount estates 2004 shiraz
rosemount estates 2003 cab/merlot (doubt it's under $15 anymore)

I'm a fan of the Rosemount Shiraz, I haven't tried the cab/merlot, but I couldn't find either today. I picked up a Rosemount Estates Pinot Noir (also haven't tried). Also a J Lohr Chardonnay, Rex Goliath Shiraz (experiment, we think their pinot noir isn't terrible for the price), 2005 Achaval Ferrer Malbec (Argentinian red), and a Ondalan Rioja Crianza (Spanish Rioja).

No wine cellar here, but I have one 1.5 liter bottle of Frontera cabernet sauvignon in the cabinet.  It's a modestly priced Chilean wine produced by the Concha y Toro winery, but I find it full-bodied and quite enjoyable.

2005 "Gravelstone" Chardonnay, Jekel

I'd say something about "small but special", but this isn't a Uisce thread.

It should be known, that this was a limited search.  Official wine inspectors were halted in their efforts.  The official report given was a Lemonade spill, by one of the junior residents, and that the kitchen floor was not available for enter, post decontamination.  The ambassador that blockaded the efforts was less pleasant, and sighted Easter Dinner preparations as a contributing factor in the diplomatic decline.

Reliable intelligence suggests, the kitchen holds up to 3 more  Air quotes containers Air quotes  If inspectors are not allowed to resume the search soon,  I will be left with no option but to go down stairs, drink beer, and watch ESPN.

I didn't I know we had any bottles of wine in the house, but I saw:

1999 Oakhurst Chardonnay
1995 Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame

in the pantry next to the cans of Campbell's Chunky Soup.
