Ok.  I see now, that it's Radner.  I looked at the pose, and the first thing that came to mind, was you changed your post to:  "Well, isn't that special?"

That's the only Emily Latella clip I could find on YouTube.

She always got some small but important detail wrong, did a big rant on SNL's Weekend  Update, and Curtin would call her on it:

"Emily, it's 'SWALLOW', 'not Follow'"

'Never Mind'.

It was a running gag on the show, and Radner would ad lib insults at Curtin in the later versions, resulting in one memorable episode that had Curtin ripping open her blouse to prove that both of her ta ta's were the same size.
