Planning on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday if weather permits, Sunday is guaranteed.
I am playing in a little match on Sunday. Chaska Town Course (good guys) vs. Pioneer Creek (?). 24 man teams, 2 person better ball matches. Should be fun.

Playing this Sunday afternoon and probably every Sunday for the season  This is the first year my son Alex, 11, is really able to play 18. As long as he's got the desire, it is my responsability as a good parent to encourage him and escort him around the course  Its tough being a good father, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. |

Good news the tornado threat may keep the other golfers home so we can have the run of the place. Hopefully the weather holds up for at least nine. Is there a place in the calculations to factor in what the dry line and gust front did to your score?   |

That's a good point, tornadic conditions should put the handicap up by at least 0.1 Glad we didn't go today, the trees across the road are bending over 30º. Tomorrow can't be much worse. |

I was out driving around just before noon and the conditions were cool, breezy, and cloudy. It looked like some rain might be looming, but overall not too bad. I figured conditions were pretty good to go walk on somewhere as a single, so I came home and loaded the clubs into the car and drove up to Bountiful Ridge. Within about 15 minutes, the temperature dropped roughly 10° and snow started falling. I decided maybe I'd just come home and watch Wachovia instead. I s'pose that's about as close to golfing as I'll get before Thursday.  |
