Someone asked me earlier this year - that if I HAD to root for an American League team, who would it be?  After professing over dead bodies and the like.....

I answered the Twins, on the condition you get a real stadium to play in  Wink  Saw a game there once - just too weird.  Not a lot of people there, but there were having fun.

Cool

Never having watched a game in an outdoor stadium, I didn't realize how nice that is.  Then came last year: went to a Saints game, and the difference was so noticeable (besides the obvious major/minor league difference).  I like the HHH Metrodome, but being outside does add another dimension to the game.

It's coming. Supposed to open for the 2010 season.

The dome absolutely stinks for baseball. I remember going to the Old Metropolitan stadium when I was a kid. Nothing special but it was outdoor baseball.
