I say let the dumbasses sue the stations.  Radio doesn't make that much money as it is - it'll kill many.  Then let artists that didn't sign their life away to a label offer the radio station free music to play; they get airplay, gain a following, sell some music directly on the internets, taking even more potential money from the RIAA gestapo.  Assured destruction - Poifect!
