spurs realizing that the key to scoring when they are cold outside is to just let parker abuse the jazz D  driving to the rim.

i think his point was along the lines of the nba typical 'over the back'  enforcement.  foul not called, ball technically off  the posessor, but retaining possession out of bounds due to the 'no call' on the foul.
