Apparently Parker thinks if you slap the ball out of bounds you should get it back.

i think his point was along the lines of the nba typical 'over the back'  enforcement.  foul not called, ball technically off  the posessor, but retaining possession out of bounds due to the 'no call' on the foul.


Yeah, but the foul was iffy at best. Parker whines every call with the best of them.
