I use a 1, sometimes a 2, for the sides.
The top needs to be freehand, if I see somebody get one of those goofy paddles out, I leave.
Are you talking about FlowBee settings? Nope! So not at all what I had pictured. Excellent. You were expecting dreadlocks, or some such I presume? I've worn the flattop off and on (mostly on) for about 10 or 12 years now, because: 1) It's EASY. A 12 oz bottle of shampoo lasts me a year, and it takes .005 seconds to 'style' it after I get out of the shower. 2) It effectively camouflages the fact that I'm almost completely gray, because there's just enough red in the gray that it looks blond when it's really, really short, and it takes at least 5 years off. The only problem is finding somebody who can actually cut one so it looks half azzed. Generally, old guys named 'Bill' or 'Jerry' are pretty safe, young guys wearing perfume not so much. |
