Because this dude isn't really a good learner. Methinks the commissioner threw up a little in his coffee this morning:

Police were seeking Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones for questioning about a shooting early Monday morning involving members of his entourage after a fight at an Atlanta strip club.
