I've done give up golf.  I kin take a swing and ain't got no idea in hell where the ball is goin'.

Been home improvin' for the last several weeks.

Wrote a check to the floor guy last Saturday, turned on the dishwasher and went to bed.  Woke up to a flooded kitchen.  New floor dun ruint'.  Ain't that life?

So what's shakin'  'sides the leaves on the trees?

I've sold a good bit of my golf stuff.  No one would buy the damn clubs though.  They just sit in the garage and mock me whenever I walk by.  Fackers they are.

I'm on a break from golf, too.  I went to the range a while ago and couldn't even make solid contact. In the past when this would happen I would drop down to 1/2 swings just to get used to good contact, but that didn't work this time.

Freaked me out, so I decided to step away for a while.  Plus, my regular foursome disbanded a while ago (moved away or got busy), so there's less motivation to keep my game sharp.

apparently we are the anti-golf golf forum. i have managed a whole 9 holes this year. 

oh, and ohio state still sucks.

I've got two nine hole rounds in this year.
My ball striking sucks. If it weren't for chipping and putting, I'd quit, too.
Actually, I did pretty much quit. I still go to the range, and for the first 20, or so, balls, I hit very nice. Then, all of a sudden, I forget how to hit the ball. Distance drops to about 60%, and direction could be anywhere.
At least, I'm not alone.

This yeer fer shur (2007).  We ain't got nobody ta play deefence, an the O-line is kinda week.  Butt, wee'l still whup that team what wears blue and yaller!.
