Ah, the old "horsefly up the shorts"...

Folz told a deputy he went to the park after work and that his shorts were pulled down at one point, according to a police report. The reason, he told police, was a horsefly had flown up his shorts.

Folz also told the deputy he was not wearing underwear because he had gotten too hot while at work and took them off. An officer found the underwear hidden between the driver's seat and center console of Folz's vehicle.
