LOL - did that actually.

What I hadn't shared before is that a bit over a year ago I did chase her in a direct, masculine, non-namby-pamby-nice-guy-way and asked her out.  Only to be informed that she had just started seeing another guy - who had never been mentioned before.  Truth or a nicely contrived excuse (none of us ever heard about this guy again) doesn't matter - she seemed a little uncomfortable with the question.  I don't know if thats changed since then, but I think we've all blown this out of proportion enough already.
