Golfsmith and GolfWorks 2007 line
« on: November 08, 2006, 03:09:09 PM »

I got my copy of Clubmaker magazine in the mail yesterday and they had some preview pics of the Golfsmith 2007 line.

It looks like they improved the looks slightly, but I really wish they'd go easy on some of the colors.

On the other hand, it looks like GolfWorks listened to everyone's complaints and toned down the graphics on the M-05s. That was my biggest complaint about them.

We have a number of new irons for 2007.  The graphics on the M05 are being changed and it will be called the MTF.  The head design stays exactly the same.

We also will have 2 new forged irons:  MMB which is a forged blade (Maltby Muscle Back) and MCC which is a forged cavity with a milled cavity.  Both of these irons have a similar profile and could be mixed and matched and even mixed and matched with the M05 or MTF because the profiles and offsets do not vary a great deal.

As we already mentioned on this forum the KE4's will be offered in LH for 2007.

The Distance Master Line is being slimmed to one line and it will be a new Pro Steel set of irons that will be both in RH and LH.  The DM wedges are also getting a graphics change.

There is a new CER 851+ HS Hybrid Series which is a progressive hybrid set.

New CER Wedges RH in 54,56, 58, 60 degrees.

The Logic Lady line is being replace and will now be called the L Tech.

New Maltby Slider Pro Wedges in RH 56, 60.
