Ok, this story is kind of pathetic, but the title was promising.

NEW PORT RICHEY -- Angry with his girlfriend because she spent money, a man picked up a hot slice of pizza and hurled it at her, authorities said. The pizza hit her on the left cheek.

The woman was holding the couple's 8-month-old child at the time. Some of the pizza sauce landed on the baby's head.

Shawn Anthony Williams, 36, of 4334 Shoreline Drive, New Port Richey, was arrested Sunday night, shortly after the incident, charged with simple domestic battery and held without bail. According to a report from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, he admitted to throwing the pizza.

"It is what it is," he said, according to the report.
