1)NBA/NFL (tie)
3)PGA
4)NCAA Basketball/Football (tie)
6)LPGA
7)MLB (But not until the playoffs)

NCAA Division 1 football-The Ohio State University  Grin

NCAA Division 3A (?) football -  The University of Dayton

NFL Football -preferably the KC Chiefs, although they will suck big time this year and most likely next too.  And probably until they decide to fire Herm Edwards.

NCAA Basketball see second above, although they are Division 1 in basketball

MLB not since 1994(?) THE strike/lockout.

NHL never

NBA never

Locally, The Dayton Bombers ECHL Hockey, great hockey and we despise and hate the Toledo Storm, and the Cincinnatti Cyclones,  The Dayton Dragons single A professional baseball.  7500+ seats, sold out every game since the stadium opened.  Why oh why won't they add more seating?

1. NFL
2. MLB
3. NHL
4. PGA
5. High school hockey (tourney season only)
6+ NBA, etc.

1 - NHL & CFL (tie)
2 - Canadian College Football
3 - NFL & US College Football (tie)
4 - PGA
5 - MLB (used to be #1)

My favourite sport to watch when none of my favourite teams are playing is any kind of football.

1. NFL when I get to watch (which is almost never since I work on Sunday)
2. Soccer all flavors.
3. Minor league baseball
4. PGA again when I get to watch

Most other sports either bore me or lost me due to stikes/lock outs/controversy.

It's interesting to see everyone's lists, especially seeing some of the less well-known sports.

I was thinking about some of the sports that have dropped down (or off) my list.  Indoor & beach volleyball and ncaa lacrosse are no longer on my list, and the Olympics have dropped way down.

I have a friend I used to talk baseball with all the time, but he no longer follows it and is now obsessed with UFC/MMA.  I would have never predicted the rise of UFC 10 years ago.

A lot of people I've been talking to are disillusioned with the current state of sports these days, it'll be interesting to see what the sports landscape looks like in 10 or 20 years and what'll be big then.  Probably something completely off my radar. (professional cornhole? (SFW) Trampoline Dodgeball?).

Well, as far as some of the less popular sports are concerned, I enjoy watching the Olympics, especially the Winter Olympics.

I also really enjoy watching darts.  OK, I know it's not a sport, but I find it enjoyable to watch anyway.

As I don't have cable TV the selections are limited to 'free to air' viewage...

1. One Day International Cricket/Golf - Aus PGA Tour and 'Majors' when they're on.
2. Formula 1
3. Rugby Union World Cup
4. WRC Rally
5. Red Bull Air Race
6. Aussie Rules Football
7. Soccer
8. Basketball (our National League sucks)
